A Parmesean-Crisped Chicken Breast served with a Citrusy Wine and Butter Sauce, Seasonal Vegetables, and a Chef's Choice of Side. 

 

Open Sirloin Steak Sandwich  $10.95

Seared, Oven-Finished Sirloin Strip Steak, topped with Onions, Mushrooms, and Bleu Cheese; served over a Toasted Hoagie Roll with a side of Mashed Potatoes.

 

My Brother's Blend  $13 with Chicken / $10 for Vegetarian    

Our House-Made, Fresh Pasta, served with Pesto, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Zucchini, and Seared Chicken.

 

Classic Quesadilla  $11.95 / $13.95 with Bacon

Sliced, Pan-Seared Chicken Breast, a mix of Cheeses, Diced Tomatoes, Red Onion, and Green Peppers, served on a Whole Wheat Tortilla with a side of Sour Cream and Guacamole.  

 

Bird Fingers   $11.95

Chicken Tneders, dredged in Gluten-Free Flour and shallow fried in Coconut Oil.  Topped with your choice of hot, medium, or mild Buffalo Sauce, Sweet Chili Sauce, or our House-Made BBQ Sauce, and served with our signature Cole Slaw and Potato Wedges.   

 

Squash Bake  $12

A vegan combination of Mushrooms, Tomatoes, and crushed Tamari Almonds baked in half of a Local Squash, and seasoned with Coriander, Cumin, and Maple Syrup.  Served with Roasted Red Onion and Potatoe Wedges.

 

Fettuccini Alfredo

Our House-Made Fresh Pasta in a Creamy Alfredo Sauce, topped with Sun-Dried Tomaotes, and your choice of meat.  

 

Tarra Firma  $14 with Seared Chicken / $11 Vegetarian

Fettuccine Served with a bright Butter-Based Lemon Tarragon Sauce, served with Seared Chicken, if desired. 

 

Meatballs and Marinara   $13

Our House-Made Fresh Pasta, served with a classic Marinara Sauce and our House-Made Beef and Pork Meatballs.
