Cold-Smoked Ribeye, grilled and served over roasted Potatoes with our Chef's Signature Sauce and Seasonal Local Vegetables.

A wild-caught North Atlantic Salmon, pan roasted and served over roasted Potatoes with a Maple Walnut Glaze, and Seasonal Local Vegetables.

Poutine Con Pollo  $16

Pan-Fried Brined Chicken, served over roasted potatoes with our Chef's gluten-free Gravy and melted cheese.

Our Chef's Gnocchi  $13 Vegetarian / $16 Seared Chicken

Autumn Roulade  $16

A Chicken Roulade wrapped in Bacon and filled with local Apples and New York Cheddar, served with Jasmine Rice, a Sherry Butter Sauce, and Seasonal Local Vegetables.

Falafel Levant  $12

Crisp Falafel served with Hummus, Greens, Roasted Red Peppers, Spiced Tomato Chutney, Cucumber, and topped with homemade Tzatziki Sauce over Grilled Flatbread.
